We are a family business based in East Dallas run by father (Peter) and sons (Ben and JP) with over 30 years experience renovating and restoring historic homes around White Rock Lake.
We now specialize in restoring and maintaining wooden sash windows primarily from 1870 thru 1940 in Conservation and Historic districts.
We can assist with the permit/work review process and have numerous contacts and resources to assist you.
Site protection and dust control are a priority whilst your project progresses so we use Festool dustless sanding systems and zip walls to isolate work areas from family areas.
